Your Role

As a Y7–Y12 Tutor/Lecturer, you will:

Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students, covering VCE, HSC, or IB subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Economics)
Integrate MarsLadder AI into the learning process – using its data insights to personalise feedback, track progress, and prepare students for exams
Contribute to the development of teaching materials including notes, tests, and practice resources
Work closely with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy
Participate in internal training, research, and mentor programs, helping improve teaching quality across campuses
Inspire students not just to study, but to love learning and aim higher

What We're Looking For

Strong academic background – experience with VCE, HSC, or IB curriculum (ATAR high achiever strongly preferred)
Experience in tutoring or teaching senior-level students is essential
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English
Confidence in using AI-powered teaching tools (training provided)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills – willing to share insights with the lecturer team
Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type)
Weekend availability for senior classes

Demo Assignment – You will receive an email with Demo instructions (prepare a 10–15 minute teaching video).
Demo Video Submission – Record and submit your 10–15 minute demo video for evaluation.
Panel Review – All of our full-time lecturers will review your demo to assess your teaching style, clarity, and engagement. Only candidates who pass this stage will move forward.
On-Site Interview & Trial Lesson – Selected candidates will be invited for a 30-minute on-site trial lesson, where we evaluate your live teaching ability and classroom presence.
Final Evaluation & Offer – Successful candidates will receive an official offer to join Realus Education as part of our tutor team.
