Y1–Y6 Tutor / Lecturer

Your Role

As a Y1–Y6 English & Maths Tutor/Lecturer at Realus, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build strong foundations in English and Maths
• Teach not only enrichment classes, but also exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective School, OC, AMC competition prep) where required
• Use MarsLadder AI to create a seamless after-class learning loop – guiding students from explanation to practice, feedback, and mastery
• Provide constructive feedback to parents and collaborate with the teaching team to improve lesson materials
• Actively contribute to our mentor-led training system, sharing insights and improving our hybrid teaching model
• Inspire students with positivity, patience, and energy

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to teach in full English
• Passion for education and the ability to teach in a lively, inspiring, and student-friendly way
• Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into teaching
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a high standard of work
• Experience in teaching exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective, OC, AMC) is highly regarded
• Previous K–6 enrichment or tutoring experience preferred
• Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type)
• Availability to teach weekend classes
