Do you understand how to speak to parents, inspire students, and position an education brand?

Have you led campaigns for tutoring centres, EdTech companies, or education organisations — and know how to connect with both local and multicultural audiences?

Realus Education is not a traditional tutoring company. We're part of First Education & Technology Group (founded in 2009), the creator of the award-winning MarsLadder AI platform.

We are building Australia's largest hybrid education network, combining Human Experts × AI Intelligence — and we're now looking for a Head of Marketing who can take us into every Australian household.

What You'll Do

Shape our brand for the next decade – Position Realus as Australia's first mainstream hybrid education brand
Lead campaigns parents trust & students love – Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across major social platforms such as TikTok – from short-form videos to social posts – to build stories that resonate with K–12 families
Bridge tutoring & EdTech – Tell the story of MarsLadder AI as both a classroom tool and a national SaaS platform for schools
Build & lead the marketing team – Recruit and mentor a high-performing team while working closely with external agencies
Own multi-channel strategy – Oversee TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads for local markets AND WeChat, RED for Chinese markets

Who We're Looking For

3+ years marketing experience in tutoring, K–12 education, or EdTech (a must)
Deep understanding of parents' concerns, students' needs, and school market dynamics
Native English speaker (Mandarin a strong plus — to manage Chinese market campaigns)
Hands-on expertise in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads; familiar with WeChat & RED marketing is a big advantage
Can plan big (national strategy) and execute small (pick up your phone and shoot a TikTok if needed)
Strong storytelling instinct — able to turn AI-driven learning into a story that resonates with students, parents, and investors
