Lead the full operations of your Realus campus
Build, coach, and inspire your teaching & service teams
Drive enrolment growth & local community engagement
Deliver outstanding academic results & parent satisfaction
Implement Realus curriculum, AI tools, and teaching models
Maintain financial and operational excellence
Represent Realus as the educational leader of your region

Ideal Candidate

You may come from school leadership, education services, business, community leadership, or people-focused industries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
Strong communication & leadership ability
Experience in education / management / community organisations
English fluency; multilingual ability is a plus
WWCC eligible

Compensation & Long-Term Path

Realus Campus Directors operate under a partner-style leadership model:

Performance-based management fee (linked to revenue)
